How to report an error, and what happens next.
We want every price, plan and policy on viewersbot.com to be correct. If you spot an error, tell us.
How to report an error
- Email [email protected] with the page URL.
- Tell us what is wrong and include a source (ideally the vendor’s own page).
- We check it, usually within two working days, and update the page if we confirm the error.
How corrections are shown
Small fixes (a changed price, a typo) are updated in place and the page’s “Updated” date changes. Material corrections that change a recommendation are noted on the page.
Right of reply for vendors
Vendors can send a response to a review. If it contains verifiable new information, we update the review; if it is a difference of opinion, we may summarise it on the page.
