How we review and score Twitch and Kick viewer bot services
Exactly what we check, what we do not claim, and how the score out of 10 is calculated.
Table of contents
Every service on viewersbot.com is reviewed with the same process. This page explains what we look at, where the data comes from, and the limits of what a review like ours can tell you.
1. We start from public, checkable sources
We read each vendor’s pricing page, plan inclusions, checkout requirements, refund and cancellation terms, FAQ and any control-panel documentation. We note the date we checked and link to the vendor so you can verify the current version yourself.
2. We check what the service asks you for
A legitimate service needs only your public channel name and an email for the receipt. If a service asks for a password, stream key, login code or OAuth access, that counts heavily against it.
3. We normalise the price
Viewer packages are sold per minute, per hour, per week, per month, per view or per 100 viewers. We convert every offer to cost per viewer-hour for a standard schedule (20 viewers, 12 streams of 3 hours a month, and 90 hours for heavy streamers), then list what the package bundles. You can run your own numbers in the price calculator.
4. We score five criteria
Each criterion is scored out of 10 and the overall score is the weighted average, rounded to one decimal.
- Ease of checkout & safety
- Controls & pacing
- Value (price normalised per viewer-hour)
- Platform coverage & bundle
- Support & policies
5. We re-check and update
Prices and plans change often. We re-check listed services regularly, update the “Updated” date when something changes, and correct errors as soon as we confirm them (see our corrections policy).
What our scores are not
- They are editorial opinions, not lab measurements.
- They are not a promise of results on Twitch or Kick.
- They are not for sale. Partnerships never change a score.
- We do not publish invented test results, retention numbers or statistics.
Under this process, Raidpop is currently our #1 and FollowersPanda our #2, because both bundle viewers, chatbots, followers and raids into simple weekly and monthly plans for Twitch and Kick and need only your public channel name.
