Quick answer: is Stream-Rise worth it?
Stream-Rise is a real, large panel with low per-hour viewer rates. The catch is that its headline price buys 100 viewers for a single hour, and orders are fixed once they start, so regular streamers end up re-ordering and buying chat and followers separately. Monthly bundles from Raidpop and FollowersPanda are simpler for most channels.
